With reference to the earlier letter dated October 20, 2016 intimating the date of next Board Meeting to be held on November 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016, Jindal Saw Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board shall also consider and approve the reinstated Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016 after giving effect to provisions of Composite Scheme of Arrangement duly approved by the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Allahabad.
