This is to inform you that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 24, 2017 to Wednesday, August 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
As informed earlier, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on May 6, 2017 had recommended a dividend of Rs. 20.00/- (200%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. The same, if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on September 14, 2017.
Further please note that the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting or poll is Wednesday, August 23, 2017.
