| Exchange Disseminated Time | Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2014, inter alia :
1. The Board approved the payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 5/- (50%) on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
2. The Board considered and approved to obtain the approval of the shareholders of the Company through Postal. The Notice seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company to pass the Special Resolutions Under Section 14 (Alteration of Article of Association) Under section 180 (1) (a) (Creation of charge/mortgage on properties of Company) and 180 (1) (C) (Increase of borrowing power of Company) of the Companies Act, 2013, through postal ballot and the Provisional Calendar of the events for the Postal Ballot process were also considered and approved. |
