Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing a statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 8th February, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017 of the Statutory Auditors M/s.
