Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Trading Window under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the Designated Employees defined in the code from August 4, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
