We wish to inform you that the Register of Members and share Transfer Books of our Company will remain closed from 08/09/2017 to 14/09/2017 (Both days inclusive) in connection with the 80th Annual General Meeting of our Company to be held on 14th September, 2017. ( also informed vide our letter SEC : AUG : 2017 dated 7th August, 2017)
We also would like to inform that Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to provide members facility to exercise their right to vote at the 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL). E-voting period begins on 11th September, 2017 (9.00 AM) and ends on 13th September, 2017 (5.00 PM) and the cut-off date is fixed on 7th September, 2017. |
