| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/10/2016 17:32:56 | Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un- Audited Financial Results (UFR) of Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further that, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz., from November 08, 2016 to November 10, 2016 and 48 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from November 11, 2016 to November 12, 2016 and Trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period. |
