| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2017 17:43:05 | Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2017, to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18 and any other matter.
Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window shall remain closed from November 09, 2017 to November 14, 2017 for all the designated employees and their dependent family members for dealing in securities of the Company. |
