1. To approve the Audited financial Results of the quarter ended March 31, 2014 (Q4) and for the FY ended March 31, 2014.
2. To recommend divided for the FY 2013-14.
Further, the Company has inform that as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders of the Company from May 09, 2014 to May 25, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
