1. Mr. Hari Sankaran, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited, has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from December 11, 2012. The Board of Directors of the Company have approved requisite circular resolution to this effect.
2. Mr. Arun K. Saha has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect due to his other commitments. |
