| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dujodwala Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2013, inter alia :
1. The Board has decided to change of name of the Company to give more visibility of the Brand "Mangalam" amongst the stakeholder, subject to the approval of R.O.C., shareholders and other concern authorities.
2. The Board has decided to propose appointment of new auditor "M/s. R. Kabra & Co." in place of "M/s. Sunderlal Desai and Kanodia" and the same shall be subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
