As prescribed under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Company will continue to submit with the Stock Exchange, both Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for all quarters during the FY 2017-18. The Company shall publish only the Consolidated Financial Results along with Turnover, PBT and PAT on a standalone basis.
