| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/08/2016 16:08:19 | Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, vide its Resolution dated August 22, 2016, has granted 9,00,000 (Nine Lakh) stock options to an eligible Employee / Director of the Company under "Grant - August, 2016" pursuant Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008 (ESOS 2008). In terms of the ESOS 2008, one stock option represents one equity share of the Company. The stock options shall vest in the grantee one year from the date of grant or as may be determined by the Company.
The grantee shall be entitled to exercise the options vested in him, within five years from the date of vesting. |
