J. Road, Mahim (West), Mumbai - 400 016, to transact the business set out in the notice convening the meeting.
The facility to exercise the vote at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting by electronic means (e-voting) on all resolutions as set out in the notice will be provided to those members, holding shares either in physical or electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, 22nd September, 2017. The e-voting will commence on Tuesday, 26th September, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. and will end on Thursday, 28th September, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. (both days inclusive).
