The Stand-alone and Consolidated unaudited financial results for the Quarter / Nine Months ended December 31, 2017, along with the Limited Review Reports, are attached. The Board also declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- Per Share for FY 2017-18, and fixed 16-02-2018 as record date to determine eligibility of shareholders for interim dividend. The Board also decided to renew the lease agreement already entered into with Nueclear Healthcare Ltd., for taking on lease a part of their premises at Hyderabad, and the lease agreement already entered into with Sumathi Construction Pvt. Ltd., for taking on lease a part of their premises at Delhi, for a further period of three years up to 2020 without any change in the other terms and conditions.We wish to add that the meeting ended at 16.00 hours today, 03-02-2018. |
