| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manipal Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Report of the Board of Director's and Auditor's Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Raghavendra Nayak as a Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Pai Nayak & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Udupi, as Auditors of the Company to hold office for the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company , on remuneration terms & conditions. |
