| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to approve the un-audited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, the Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from February 05, 2015 to February 16, 2015. in compliance with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, suitable notice of the Closure of Trading Window has been given to Directors and designated employees. |
