1. the audited Statement of Profit and Loss for the year 2015-16 and Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2016;
2. the Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Audited Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 (Standalone and Consolidated), pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and
3. the recommendation of Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code from May 19, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
