| Exchange Disseminated Time | City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
Pursuant to Code No.5.1 (i) of Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 01, 2014 till February 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank for the following categories of employees / Directors - a) All Directors, b) Officials in the grade of Deputy General Manager & above, c) All employees in the Office of Secretarial, Accounts & Investment Department including Treasury Department in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The trading window shall open for trading on February 08, 2014. |
