| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/05/2016 17:25:45 | Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 03, 2016 to May 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on May 10, 2016 to consider and approve Annual Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2016.
Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
