| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2016 20:19:02 | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that in view of ensuing Board Meeting for approval of Financial Statements for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016 and pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies as well as the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from October 27, 2016 to November 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open on November 11, 2016.
The same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company. |
