    With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 22, 2007, IVP Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has handed over physical possession of the Industrial Ceramics Division along with transfer of services of workers and employees of the undertaking to Carborundum Universal Ltd.

    The Company has also received the sale consideration of Rs 625 lakhs on slump sale basis subject to adjustment as may be required by payment to them or from them on account of variation in net working capital position as on the cut off date of November 16, 2007.
