| Exchange Disseminated Time | GTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that due to sudden attack of virus in the Computer System, the Company's controlling Office and other location was affected and various data have been corrupted. The Company's system engineers are trying their best to retrieve the same, however, in their view, it is likely to take at least two / three weeks for the entire system to be operational normally and retrieval of the data. As a result of this, the work of finalization of the Company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 is likely to be delayed.
Under the circumstance, the Company will be able to publish the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 only in the 2nd / 3rd week of August, 2008. The Company will intimate the exact date of the Board Meeting for approval of the same as and when decision is taken in this regard. |
