1. To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2017;
2. To consider recommendation of the dividend for the year ended March 31, 2017 if any.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in the Company's shares for all the Board Members and designated Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members from May 18, 2017 to May 28, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
