Please find enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results in Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 format for the third quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2017 together with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors.
Also pursuant to provision of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors has considered and approved the following matters:
1. Appointment of Mrs. Sadhana Patil as Independent and Non Executive Director of the Company.
2. Resignation of Ms. Soni Kanojia as Independent and Non Executive Director of the Company.
The meeting of Board of Directors commenced on 03.00 P.M. and concluded at 04.30 P.M.
