| Exchange Disseminated Time | EIH Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016 to, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015. The Limited Review of the Auditors will also be considered at the Meeting.
Further, the Trading Window for purchase/sale of Company’s shares shall remain closed from January 23, 2016 to February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 30, 2016 for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2015. |
