| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2011, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
At the above Board Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will also fix the date for the 103rd Annual General Meeting of the Company and, inter alia, will consider and take on record the following matters:
1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011;
2. Recommendation of the Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011. |
