We wish to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, the Register of Members, Register of Debenture holders and Securities Transfer(s) Books of the Company shall remain closed in connection with the Annual General Meeting from Saturday, the 23rd September 2017 to Thursday, the 28th September 2017 (both days inclusive).
b) Annual General Meeting
The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 28th September, 2017 at 2.30 P.M. at 'Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Memorial Trust' (Ambedkar Bhavana), Miller's Road, Vasanthnagar, Bengaluru - 560 052, to transact the business as detailed in the Notice.
