| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2015 13:02:37 | Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had adopted Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2015 (ESOS - 2015) for employees of the Company consequent to approval of Shareholder's through Postal Ballot Notice dated April 29, 2015 and voting results dated June 01, 2015.
The Company has further informed that the Company will be implementing the said Scheme through trust route by way of Secondary acquisition. There is no fresh issue of shares to the trust under the said Scheme. |
