| Exchange Disseminated Time | Styrolution (Jersey) Limited (the "Seller") (the "Promoter"), a Company incorporated under the laws of the Bailiwick of Jersey, United Kingdom and the promoter of Styrolution ABS (India) Limited (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale up to 2,167,562 (two million one hundred sixty seven thousand five hundred sixty two) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (the "Sale Shares") on May 21, 2013 (the "Sale Date") exclusively through the broker named below through a sale on the separate windows provided by the BSE Ltd. ("BSE") and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd ("NSE") (the "Stock Exchanges") respectively for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on a separate window designated by BSE and NSE and will commence on the Sale Date, i.e. May 21, 2013, at 9:15 a.m. (Indian Standard Time) and will close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time). |
