Post allotment Paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs. 24,48,82,136/- consisting of 12,24,41,068 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 24,48,89,336/- consisting of 12,24,44,668 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each. |
