| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saraswati Commercial India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2014, has approved the following;
1. In-principally approved the proposed merger of Aroni Commercials Limited with Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited subject to the approval of the members of the Company, Stock Exchange where the shares of the Company are listed and all such other statutory approval as may be required.
2. Appointed Mrs. Babita Thakar as an Additional Director. |
