The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on November 30, 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Shri Gogia also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. The Company has appointed Ms. Kanchan Tripathi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective from November 30, 2015 after relieving of Shri Gogia.
