Further, the information of all the “specified persons” that Trading Window shall remain closed from February 10, 2016 to February 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Thus, “specified persons” are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. |
