| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/05/2017 14:47:00 | | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Code 5.1 of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank shares shall remain closed from May 22, 2017 till May 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the proposal to consider raising equity capital for the Bank. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank shares by Promoters, Directors, designated employees of the Bank and all other connected persons as defined in the "Code of Conduct". The Trading window shall open for trading on June 01, 2017 (Thursday). |
