| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2016 19:52:13 | Rallis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (250%) to the shareholders of the Company.
Further, the final dividend is approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 24, 2016, the same shall be paid on June 28, 2016.
