| Exchange Disseminated Time | House of Pearl Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2012, has approved the following changes:
1. Mr. Sanjay Pershed has submitted his resignation from the Board.
2. The Board has appointed:-
i. Mrs. Shefali Seth as an additional director and Whole Time Director.
ii. Capt. Vinod Vaish as an additional director and Whole Time Director.
iii. Mr. Anil Nayar as an additional director.
Further, the Company has subject to approval of Shareholders, approved change of name of the Company from existing one to "Pearl Global Industries Ltd". Shareholders' approval will be sought through Postal Ballot. |
