| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tulsyan NEC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2013, have not considered the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 for the reasons stated hereunder;
The Company has encountered a sudden and unanticipated loss of financial data on account of technical issue resulting into considerable delay in declaring the un-audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The Board hereby informs that the Company has implemented appropriate Data Management and Data recovery tools to recover and restore the lost data.
Accordingly, the Board decided to defer the adoption of un-audited quarterly financial for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 to a later date which will be notified by the Company in due course. |
