July 15, 2016 in the ratio of 1:2 [One (1) Equity Share for every Two (2) Equity Shares held).
Consequently, with effect from July 16, 2016, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 49,00,28,190/- divided into 49002819 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
