In this regard, please find enclosed the following:
1. Brief proceedings of the 23rd AGM, in compliance with Regulation 30, Part A, of Schedule III, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and
2. Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report in compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
3. The voting results of the 23rd AGM of the Company in the format as prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
