| Exchange Disseminated Time | Core Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 22, 2008 to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the report of the Director's and Auditor thereon.
2. To appoint Directors in place of Smt. Divya Deepti Handa & Shri. (Dr.) Bimal Patel who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers themselves for re-appointment.
3. To appoint Auditors and fix their remuneration.
4. To pay revised remuneration to Shri Rajiv Mehta as the Executive Director of the Company for his remaining tenure i.e. April 01, 2007 to September 30, 2009. |
