1. The Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2017 and the fourth quarter of FY 2016 -17,
2. Declaration on unmodified opinion on standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for FY 2016 -17,
3. The Auditor's report alongwith the financial statements, of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and
4. The statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half-year ended 31st March, 2017.
The Audited Financial Results shall be published in the newspapers as per Regulation 47(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and would be also available on the website of the Company (www.balmerlawrie.com). The aforesaid results, Auditor's report and other statements are attached for your record.
