Schrader Duncan Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had filed an application dated June 30, 2016 under Section 25-0 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 seeking permission for closure of manufacturing activity of the Tube Valves Product Line of the Company situated at F-33 Ranajngaon MIDC, Karegaon, Tal. Shirur, Pune 412 209.
In response to the above application, Hon'ble Labour Minister, Maharashtra State has granted permission for closure under Section 25-0 (2) of the said Act via Order passed on August 26, 2016, received on August 30, 2016. |
