| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gokaldas Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, have decided to:
(a) Transfer of building and related assets pertaining to its property at 76/77, 6th Main, 3rd Phase, peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore to its wholly owned subsidiary Robot Systems Pvt. Ltd and
(b) Transfer land, building and related assets pertaining to its property at Nacharam, Hyderabad to such wholly owned subsidiary of the Company as may be identified by the Board.
Further, the Board has decided to get approval by seeking the consent of shareholders by way of Postal Ballot. |
