| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2016 14:30:43 | KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Directors at its Meeting held on November 03, 2016 considered and approved variation in the terms of the Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 75,00,00,000 issued and allotted on August 20, 2014 by insertion of the repurchase clause in the Debenture Trust Deed.
Further, the Committee also considered and approved, repurchase of the above referred Non-Convertible Debentures subject to the regulatory approvals as may be required. |
