The Company has completed on 26 December 2017, the physical and electronic dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 11 December 2017, along with the Postal Ballot Form.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the copy of the Notice of the Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form are enclosed herewith.
