| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 30% equivalent to Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (inclusive of interim dividend of 20% already paid in two tranches during the months of December 2014 and March 2015), to the equity shareholders of the Company, for the Financial Year 2014- 2015, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
