| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 19, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To issue and allot out of its un-issued Equity Share Capital, 1,42,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10.00 each for cash at Rs. 33.80 per Share to Reliance Mutual Fund (“the Investor”) or any of its affiliates or associates as the investor may so notify on preferential basis on terms and conditions as the Board may at its discretion deem fit and proper and in the best interest of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
2. To alter the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. To alter the Articles of Association of the Company. |
