| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2013, inter alia, approved the following :
1. Subject to approvals of lenders and other approvals as may be required, to divest the whole or part of the business / interests of the Company in the Forge Shop and Foundry Shop at Uttarpara, West Bengal to such parties and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the Managing Director of the Company.
2. The period of financial year 2013-14 will be for six months from October 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014. |
