We are now enclosing a copy of the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company, and JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited and JM Financial Investment Managers Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company and their respective shareholders, the contents of which are self-explanatory.The submission of the Scheme as above is pursuant to Regulation 37 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 7 of the SEBI Circular no. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017.
